The Regional System of District and School Support(RSDSS) office, working within the regional structure, is mandated by the federal law, No Child Left Behind, to provide services to Title I schools in the following order:
1st priority - those Title I schools identified as being on Corrective Action (no Adequate Yearly Progress for four consecutive years),
2nd priority - those Title I schools identified as being in Year 2 (no Adequate Yearly Progress for three consecutive years) or Year 1 (no Adequate Yearly Progress for two consecutive years) of Program Improvement, respectively, and
3rd priority - those Title I schools needing assistance achieving the requirements of No Child Left Behind. (section 1117.a.2)
